80 grass pitches, with 32 available with electric hook up (2 – 10 amp), for tents caravans and campervans. Onsite parking. No car entry or exit between 10pm and 6am, to keep it quiet. Mix of shady and sunny areas. Mountain views from all pitches.
For climbers and hikers visiting the valley, the ‘Zone Pietons’ area is reserved for campers with small tents, no cars and big plans.
We ask that the campsite is kept quiet afer 10pm, so that people with plans for the next day can get a good nights sleep.
Carte D’Hotes are offered, free, from reception that give you free use of all the buses and trains, up and down the valley, from Vallorcine to Servoz. There is free WIFI and up-to-date weather forecasts can be found at reception. A dry recreation room is available for when the weather comes in, and an onsite snackbar, which sells fresh bread, pastries, snacks and drinks.
For those of you wanting something a bit more substantial above your head, we have an original, 150 yr old Mazot for hire. Originally used as a safe place for farming families to keep their valuables, it has now been refurbished into a cosy, self-contained studio. It measures 3m by 3m and includes a double bed, 2 ring gas hob and fridge. Sheets can be provided for €10. Prices can be found on the ‘Rates’ page. There is a 6 night minimum booking.
